12 Pick Up Lines to Bag a Hispanic Baddie During Hispanic Heritage Month
In honor of Hispanic heritage month and since everyone wants a Latina baddie, I decided to test out Spanish pick up and get a Latina baddie's reactions so that everyone else doesn't have to. I found a Mexican baddie on the street (my girlfriend) and asked her Spanish pickup lines in hopes to learn Spanish and bag a baddie.
Disculpe, creo que me debe un trago… Porque se me cayó el mío mirándole. (Excuse me, I think you owe me a drink… Because I dropped mine staring at you.)
I told this to my Mexican baddie and it was kind of awkward cause we weren’t at a bar, but she did say "sí señora" and get me a drink.
Quisiera ser joyero para poder apreciar todos los días un diamante como tú.
(I’d like to be a jeweler to be able to appreciate a diamond like you every day.)
She didn't say anything for a while and just stared at me. Then I asked the Mexican baddie if she liked it and she said “yeah…”
Tu sonrisa podría ser una de las maravillas del mundo. (Your smile could be one of the wonders of the world.)
The Mexican baddie just looked at me and shook her head no, but it was probably in an endearing way right?
¡Ahora results que las flores caminan! (Turns out flowers can walk!)
She didn’t get it at first and then I explained that she’s the flower and she said "aww thanks babe".
Es tu nombre? ¿Puedo llamarte mío? (What’s your name? Can I call you mine?)
She laughed for a little too long. This one is good i recommend.
Pasas tanto tiempo en mi mente que debería cobrarte la renta. (You spend so much time in my mind that I should charge you for rent.)
She said how much do you want I’ll pay it. Not what I was expecting, I’m starting to think I should’ve given her a script for this.
Me gustaría ser lente de contacto para que no pudieras sacarme tu mirada. (I’d like to be a contact lens so you couldn’t take your eyes off me.)
She just said said "5/10" and then told me how to say it right
Si yo fuera una planta, serías mi fotosíntesis, porque me das vida. (If I were a plant, you’d be my photosynthesis, because you give me life.)
She did not expect this one. She laughed and said she has never heard photosynthesis in Spanish.
Si yo fuera azafata, te llevaría en mi avión, pero como no lo soy, te llevo en mi corazón. (If I were a flight attendant, I’d carry you in my airplane, but since I’m not, I’ll carry you in my heart.)
She said it was too long. Maybe don't try this if you're not good at Spanish or if the Hispanic baddie you are trying to bag is able to walk away from you.
Tiremos una moneda. Si sale cara, eres mía, si sale cruz, soy tuyo. (Let’s flip a coin. If it lands on heads, you’re mine. If it’s tails, I’m yours.)
We flipped a coin and it landed on heads, I think she was confused.
¿Crees en el amor a primera vista, o tengo que pasar de nuevo?
(Do you believe in love at first sight, or should I walk by again?)
She told me to walk by again??
Mami, tú con tantas curvas y yo sin frenos.(Baby, you have so many curves, and I have no brakes.)
She wasn't expecting this one and it is now a fan favorite.
Overall, I know a little more Spanish than I did before but I don’t know at what cost. These pictures are an accurate representation of how I felt while telling her these pick up lines, especially the jester and the princess. They may be a little cringe but to be cringe is to be free and hey I bagged a Mexican baddie so it's okay. As long as you make a Hispanic baddie laugh, the cringe is worth it.
