Beabadoobee + The Marias??!

I'm writing this week to report on breaking news! Beabadoobee recently teased on her Instagram page of a possible collab with The Marias. I thought it may be too good to be true, but just yesterday (as of writing), she officially confirmed that her next single will actually feature The Marias.

This is a LONG TIME COMING for me. I've been wanting this collaboration for so long now, and I'm definitely not alone on that. Along with the single announcement for "All I Did Was Dream Of You" also sported a snippet of the song. Let me just say, it sounds straight up my alley. There isn't a confirmed release date other than the dreadful "coming soon", but I'm hoping I'll get to give this a listen within the next few weeks. I haven't been this excited for an artist collaboration for a long, long time.

I'm not sure what Beabadoobee is cooking up, but it looks like she's gearing up to start promotion for her new album. She's posted a few teasers/snippets of the new music she's been working on over the past few months, and every one of them has completely captured my attention. I think she is going to completely lean into her alt-rock, more grunge side, which is what I've been hoping for.

I will definitely be reporting back to you when this song finally drops, or if there are any new developments in the release of Beabadoobee's new project. For now, I'm signing off! I'll be back next week to release my full review of Mitski's new album Nothing's About To Happen To Me. I was hoping to review it for this week's post, but I didn't think I was ready to give my complete thoughts about the record yet (I wanna make sure I'm confident in my opinion first!)
