hey guys, have you ever gotten your heart broken? yes? PFFFF LOSER jk oops... LOL
anyways, here's some ways you can feel better during a breakup (in my opinion i am not a love doctor ðŸ˜)
delete everything of theirs: photos, videos, throw away anything that reminds you of them or don't, but it makes the breakup easier tbh
start including new habits within your schedule so you're booked and busy: start a new book, exercise, start baking or cooking, learn a new language, join a school sport or program. there's so much you can do tbh, the limit is your imagination!
i never forgot this fact that my doctor told me, and it was that crying releases dopamine, which is the "chemical" that can make you feel generally better! soo... cry and cry and cry some more because breakups hurt so don't push the sad feeling away!
take care of yourself even more: start journaling about how you feel even if it's a video journal, it was very helpful for me and hopefully seeing your reflections as you heal will make you see your growth
reach out to your family and friends: this is the time where you might need a family member or close friend the most so make sure to reach out to them if you need some comforting, you're never a bother to someone who cares for you!
