“Bullet Club Is Fine!”

The Bullet Club is one of the most polarizing wrestling groups in all of wrestling, because of the amount of star power they have in their ranks, and what they do outside of wrestling that ties into their wrestling. However, Bullet Club has been drifting apart since the since G1 Special in USA last year during NJPW: Dominion last year when Cody (wants to be leader of Bullet Club) almost threw in the towel when Kenny Omega (leader of Bullet Club) was facing Kazuchika Okada for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. Then last year at G1 Special in USA, Kenny almost threw in the towel for Cody when he was facing Kazuchika Okada for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. There has been tension between the two teased in their show Being the Elite for the remainder of 2017 through 2018. The dissension in the group has led to many problems.

At New Japan’s New Year Dash!! 2018, Cody attacked Kota Ibushi, and his old tag team partner Kenny Omega came out to save Kota. Then at The New Beginning in Sapporo, Kenny Omega was defeated by Jay White for the IWGP United States, and Jay White was confronted by Bullet Club stablemate Hangman Page, and Kenny made Hangman back off, then Cody came out with some other members of Bullet Club, and Kenny pushed one of the Young Bucks and most of the members left except Cody, Marty Scurll, Kenny and Hangman. Just when you thought they settled their differences Cody attacks Kenny and Hangman helps Cody attack Kenny; meanwhile Marty doesn’t know what to do, until Kota Ibushi saves Kenny. Kota and Kenny embrace and reform the Golden Lovers that haven’t been a tag team since late 2014. Then the Bullet Club went on a tour of Australia, where Being the Elite was being filmed and there was a meeting between the Elites and the OG Bullet Club members. Tama Tonga said they were cool, and when Kenny Omega and Cody came in they were about to brawl, but had to be separated and Cody threw a chair, and Tama Tonga just sat there all cool like he didn’t care what was going on.

At Ring of Honor’s Supercard of Honor XII show, a match between Cody and Kenny is scheduled to take place for leader of Bullet Club. Meanwhile, there has been various dissension in Bullet Club between Cody and Kenny, The Bucks and Kenny, The Elites and OG BC. Cody claimed “The Bullet Club is Fine!” and “Bullet Club is Mine!” He wants it so he can make it like how it was before. It’s been teased in Being the Elite for a while with flash forwards into the future. I believe this is going to be a new dawn in the Bullet Club, because they make various amounts of money from their merchandise, have a 10,000 seat show in September, have a lot of future stars and much talent in their ranks from, Kenny Omega, Marty Scurll, Guerillas of Destiny, the Young Bucks, Bad Luck Fale, Cody, Hangman Page, Stephen Amell (seriously he joined them), Chase Owens, among others. I feel this could be a way for them to go back to their villainous roots; while still being popular. They can also expand even more with Marty having his own sub-faction in the UK. Have OG BC’s have a bigger purpose and push, because they’ve taken a backseat to the Elites. Tama Tonga being a leader since he was there since the beginning, and maybe Tama being a IWGP World Champion, so maybe he can insert himself in the feud between Cody and Kenny, so he can challenge both of them for top Alpha and leader. There are various outcomes to the story being built, just hoping that Kota Ibushi and Flip Gordon get added to the Bullet Club, because they’re important to the story they’re building. So I believe “Bullet Club is Fine!” and has a bright future ahead.
