The Laufey Book Club (Laufey)
The Icelandic singer started her book club in 2022. There is a discord sever dedicated to her club that is very active with fans discussing the book of the month and anything literature-related. At the end of the month, Laufey does a live stream with fans for a conversation about the book. A fun little thing she does while on tour is that she partnered with Little Free Library to bring little Laufey libraries to different cities, where fans can exchange books. So far in 2026, the books selected are The Alchemist, Less, and Just Kids.
Natalie’s Book Club (Natalie Portman)
Natalie Portman, a Harvard-educated actress, selects books with different themes and valuable lessons. Throughout the month, quotes from past reads are posted in hopes to inspire her fans. Natalie often does interviews with the author of the book of the month, which is more like a two-way interaction. The 2026 selections have been Strange Pictures, Mother Mary Comes To Me, and The Beginning Comes After the End.
TeaTime Book Club (Dakota Johnson)
Dakota Johnson’s book club is for someone who likes going really in-depth with the books they’re reading. Dakota invites authors to share deep dives in her broadcast channel, providing insights into the process that made their book. In 2026, the selections have been The Bell Jar, Discipline, and Diorama.
Reese’s Book Club (Reese Witherspoon)
Reese Witherspoon started this club in 2017, and it has become highly influential. The club’s goal is to celebrate women’s stories. The book of the month is usually written by a woman and has a woman as the main character. This year, the selections have been The First Time I Saw Him, In Her Defense, and Lady Tremaine.
Service95 Book Club (Dua Lipa)
Dua Lipa’s book club started in 2022. The club aims to highlight diverse voices with a focus on “hidden gems.” A book is selected every month, and with it, there are author interviews, playlists, essays, and discussion guides. All of this makes it really engaging for fans. The book selections for this year have been Night People, The Son of Man, and Bad Feminist.
