Foo Fighters – Something From Nothing

Just yesterday the Foo Fighters released the first song off of their upcoming album, Sonic Highways. The song is titled, “Something From Nothing”. 

This song was actually recorded in Chicago. It was recorded at Electrical Audio. This studio is located by Belmont and Rockwell. That is basically right next to the high school I attended, Lane Tech High School. So if you live in the Roscoe Village or Avondale neighborhoods the Foo Fighters were in your area not too long ago.

The album, Sonic Highways, is set to release November 10th. The documentary series on the album premieres tonight on HBO at 10pm central time. You can listen to “Something From Nothing” above.
