The Art of Creative Self-Expression

I've always considered myself a creative person. I deeply enjoy investing hours and hours into creating bits and pieces of art. Whether it be painting with acrylic paint, making my own jewelry, playing around with different music, making little crafts, or even just putting on an experimental outfit, its self-expression. Simply customizing everything around me and about me to fit who I am. I get to embody my essence and who I am as a person into an object, into a piece of art for the rest of the world to see.

And as I enjoy getting to express that onto the world, I just as much enjoy getting to take in and admire everyone else's expression of themselves. It truly gives us a more layered look into who we all are and connects us in a more profound way. And I think even more importantly, by creating these little crafts and what nots, I continue to discover parts of me I hadn't known and continue to develop larger, elaborate parts of me. Every brushstroke, every twist to the wire, every music experimentation, every detail of that outfit, is a piece to the puzzle, a piece of me. So go out there and discover yourselves, let creative self-expression be the guide to explore your feelings, values, desires, and everything in between, don't ever stop adding pieces to your beautiful puzzle.
