Bubble

Getting out of your comfort zone can be so hard. For me, the hardest part of getting out of my comfort zone is my anxiety and my overthinking. I care too much for others to perceive me as, when in fact, no one pays attention to that thing or moment you keep rewinding in your head.

You know, I used to avoid going out with friends because I used to think that I wasn’t ready, and maybe I wasn’t. But I always have really bad FOMO (fear of missing out), so when I see my friends out at the bars and clubs I would like, wow, am I missing out on my 20’s?

Everyone is in a bubble, but once in a while, it is okay to pop it. Trying out new things can open so many new doors. For example, going out for me made me more confident and helped me build my style.

I used to be terrified to speak in front of people; now I am just scared. I overanalyze everything and think to myself; they can probably see my pimple or how frizzy my hair is, and I never see the end of it.

The people you surround yourself with can help you calm these thoughts down and help you realize no one thinks about you or analyzes you the way you analyze yourself.
