In honor of national Cleft & Craniofacial Awareness & Prevention month, The Dr.Paula Show will be re-airing our interview with Dr. J. Regan Thomas, MD, Head of Otolaryngology, UIC College of Medicine. The show will air on July 12th at 11:00am.

Dr. Thomas will be speaking about how the Otolaryngology department is promoting health literacy.

Dr. J. Regan Thomas is the Mario Mansueto Professor and head of otolaryngology at the University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System. He is listed as one of the best board certified plastic surgeons by Chicago Magazine and has been listed as one of the “Best Doctors in America” by U.S. News and World Report. He specializes in rhinoplasty, facelift surgery, reconstructive surgery, browlifts, eyelifts and scar treatment. His expertise also includes treating wrinkles and the aging face with injectables like BOTOX, Restylane and Juvederm. Thomas is recognized as a leading innovators in the field and can speak on the latest techniques and trends in facial plastic surgery. He was president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and president of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery.
