The Night Before A Concert

Welcome back!

It's been a while hasn't it. The night before a concert is always the best one. The anticipation grows, the excitement bubbles up even more than it did before and your brain constantly reminds you that in just a matter of a few hours, you are about to be face to face with your favorite artist. Right now, that is the case for me. As I type this I am reminded that I am about to see the artist that I have had on repeat since their latest album dropped. Who is the artist you may ask? The artist is Ivan Cornejo. Ivan Cornejo is an up-and-coming artist with popular hits that you may have heard of called: Atencion, Hasta La Muerte, Baby Please and many more! His genre of music falls into the Alternative/Indie Regional Mexican music style and over the years he's made quite an impression in the music industry. Recently, he's played at Coachella and he is currently on his biggest tour yet!

Although I wasn't a fan from the very beginning of his career, watching him have all of these amazing opportunities really inspires me to go after my own set of dreams. To think that he was just a kid posting covers on Tik Tok to now going on his biggest tour yet can motivate anyone to keep pursuing their passions. Many people on social media have said that attending his concert and hearing their favorite song live can "heal" them and it'll be their own version of therapy. I think that statement itself is a huge reason as to why Ivan Cornejo has amassed such a huge following. Many of his fans deeply resonate with his music including myself and for him to be able to connect with so many people on such a big level is what will make the concert itself such a special moment for many people attending.
