This year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was genuinely a showstopper! There were so many iconic moments, and the new sets and wings looked absolutely amazing on all the girls! I personally love watching the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show every year, so I’m super excited to share some of my favorite moments and everything that happened this year!
Kylie Jenner made her debut wearing the iconic Fantasy Bra!! This was the first time Victoria’s Secret brought the Fantasy Bra back to the runway since 2018, and the one Kylie wore was worth almost $50 million!
Of course, everyone wanted to know: Why Kylie? And why didn't an OG Victoria’s Secret Angel get to wear it? In a Vogue article, Adam Selman, Victoria’s Secret’s chief creative officer, described Kylie as a “cultural powerhouse” whose influence goes beyond fashion, culture, and TV. After so many fans asked for the Fantasy Bra to return last year, Selman wanted to bring it back in a way no one expected. And what better way to surprise everyone than having Kylie Jenner wear it?
Barbara Palvin walked the runway just six weeks after giving birth, and she looked absolutely gorgeous! Motherhood looks amazing on her, and seeing her back on the runway was such a beautiful moment. And can we talk about Dylan? He is seriously such a supportive husband! The way he hypes her up every time she walks down the runway is something I will always adore.
Some of my favorite debut Angels this year were Natalia Bryant, who walked in the PINK section, and Malika Elmaslouhi, who stunned in two different runway looks! Of course, the OG Angels did not disappoint either! Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Candice Swanepoel all looked incredible on the runway. A little throwback moment: In 2014, Adriana and Alessandra made history by wearing Fantasy Bras in the same show! It was the only time Victoria’s Secret featured two models wearing Fantasy Bras in one show, with each piece valued at $2.5 million.
This year’s performers included Megan Moroney, Megan Thee Stallion, Tate McRae, and KATSEYE, and they all brought something different to the runway! Megan Moroney made history as the second country artist to perform at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Tate McRae came out in an all-red look, and I loved every detail! and sheer red wings, which she revealed midway through her performance. She even had a red microphone to match! Tate also performed “Housewife” live for the first time. KATSEYE kicked off the PINK section with their performance of “Pinky Up,” bringing such a fun energy to the runway! And finally, Megan Thee Stallion closed the show in an amazing silver outfit, making it the perfect ending to an already iconic night!
From the return of the Fantasy Bra to seeing familiar Angels and new faces on the runway, there was so much to love. I already can't wait to see what Victoria’s Secret has planned for next year!
