Hi friends! Today, my roommates, Mick and Lloyd, and I will be ranking classic Midwestern dishes. The Midwest is known for some pretty crazy concoctions and meals that seem like random ingredients in the fridge were thrown into a casserole. Some seem pretty good but others... I'm writing this on Monday, and there's a snowstorm I'm watching with the blurred lines of brutalism in the background. There's duality of the gentle falling snow and unforgiveness of the cold.
